The Presque Isle Community Players is a 501(c) (3) non-profit theater group that has been entertaining Aroostook County & Western New Brunswick for over 30years. 

Enjoy some of the best local theatre talent perform in front of an intimate audience in the Auditorium at Wieden Hall at UMPI.  Take joy in some of the best dramatic plays, comedies, musicals and music productions performed in Aroostook County.   Founded in 1989, our diverse performances range from a cast of 2 in “LoveLetters” to a cast of over 70 in “Guys& Dolls” and “Music Man”.   Our musical tributes to the Beatles in “Imagine” and “100 Years of Broadway” or comedies like “Moon Over Buffalo” and “Middle-Aged White Guys” to name a few.   Not to mention our thought-provoking performances of local playwright John Cariani’s  “Almost Maine,” “Love Sick” and “Last Gas”.

Singing for veterans at our local veterans hospital or acting in MSAD1’s Adult & Community Education murder mystery dinner are just a few of the ways we “Give Back to the Community”.   To date the Players have raised almost $20,000 towards the renovations of the Auditorium at Wieden Hall at UMPI.  Please continue to support us.
